About Us

The Collective Room is a newly established event venue located in Charlotte, NC. This 1,300 sqft venue is ideal for corporate events, birthday parties, family gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, wedding receptions, and so much more!

Capacity: 65 guests maximum

Amenities: We provide white round tables and standard white folding chairs. *Renter is responsible for setup and cleanup. Any additional time needed for setup/ cleanup would be the standard rental rate.

Rental Rates:
Monday - Thursday call for pricing

Timeframes: A minimum of 3 Hours Required for Booking. Events after 4pm requires a minimum of 4 hours Booking for selected days Friday through Sunday.

Reservation & Deposits: In order to reserve the desired event date 50% of the venue rental rate is due upon booking

Payments: Final payment must be submitted one week prior to event date. No refunds, however, events can be rescheduled based upon availability. 

Vendors: Outside catering is permitted. There is not a kitchen on-site so all food items must be prepared prior to arrival.

Alcohol Policy: Must obtain a Special Event permit in order to serve alcoholic beverages. Refer to https://abc.nc.gov/Permit/QualificationLSO/ for detailed requirements. Forms available upon request.
